Nedzad Suljovic is Licensed Valuer and have completed Certificate in Advanced Valuation with NYU Stern School of Business, mentored by Professor Aswath Damodaran. He is also a fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
In his professional career he was involved in designing solutions for a variety of problems and challenges faced by large number of companies in various industries.
Nedzad has broad expertise in the field of business valuations, intangible assets valuations (goodwill, brands, copyrights, intellectual property), real estate (land, buildings, residential and business estates), movable assets (equipment and machinery), capital, liabilities, and other types of financial and non-financial assets, as well as impairment testing of assets disclosed in the company's financial statements.
Valuations are conducted in accordance with current principles of practice, guidance of International Valuation Standards (IVS), and relevant accounting standards (IFRS 13 and IAS 36).
Besides this, Nedzad gained broad experience in the areas of business financial and operational analysis, restructuring and acquisitions, financial planning, financial audits, accounting advisory, financial reporting and consolidations, IFRS implementations, expert trainings, business processes and internal controls assessment, business operating efficiency measurement, benchmarking, business risks evaluation, cost optimisation, compliance, management consulting and outsourcing.
