Nedzad Suljovic, FCCA, CVA
Nedžad Suljović is a Licensed Valuer of the Federation of BiH and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (EACVA). In addition, he holds an Advanced Valuation Certificate from the Stern School of Business in New York (NYU Stern School of Business), completed under the mentorship of Professor Aswath Damodaran. He is also a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA qualification, UK).
Nedžad is an expert with extensive experience in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets (such as goodwill, brands, copyrights, and intellectual property), equity and liabilities, as well as other financial and non-financial assets, including impairment testing of assets reported in company financial statements. In cooperation with specialized experts from related fields, he is also involved in the valuation of real estate (land, buildings, residential and commercial properties) and movable assets (equipment and machinery).
All valuations are conducted in accordance with current professional standards, the guidelines of the International Valuation Standards (IVS), and the relevant International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS 13 and IAS 36).
In addition, he has gained extensive experience in financial and operational analysis of companies, as well as in various types of financial diagnostics, restructuring and acquisitions, financial planning, financial auditing, accounting advisory, financial reporting and consolidation, IFRS implementation, professional training, evaluation of business processes and internal controls, measurement of operational efficiency, analytical benchmarking of performance indicators, business risk assessment, cost structure optimization, compliance testing, management advisory, and outsourcing.
